We selected two peqeua valley plain yogurt from the greensgrow farm CSA.

There is no fruit on the bottom and it is really pretty fatty and creamy.

From this article we got a recipe to make cheese.

Scoop the yogurt into a coffee filter (or cheese cloth) and set it over a mesh strainer and then over a bowl. Right away the water drips from the yogurt.

Put it in the fridge for 24 hours and then you’ll have cream cheese like yogurt cheese.

I added the following seasonings in pinches:

coarse sea salt, oregano, parsley, garlic powder.

served with cucumber slices and NOT THE MOST UNDELICIOUS SNACK IN THE WORLD. (see earlier post).
